Joetta Maue
I just been browsing the internet when i came across the artist Joetta Maue and have just fell in love with her drawing work. I like that she works with found surfaces and layers different drawings and lettering. I love that her drawing are very loose and carefree, i also enjoy the way that she over laps drawings over each other. Joetta Maue adds texture by ripping pages, adding layers of paint. In some drawings they look like the are interlocking with each other and how they also resemble maps linking together.
